Elizabeth Ponce is President and Chief Executive Officer of Picasso Contractors, LLC. Her philosophy is that if you guarantee outstanding customer service and a commitment to quality throughout the company, you will deliver that standard every time. Elizabeth has been in construction for 18 years. She is the owner of Picasso Contractors, LLC. and Ponce Contractors, Inc., an abatement company. She has several certifications in safety and is a certified project engineer. Elizabeth is often seen on project sites, either walking through making sure everything is moving at pace or working alongside her employees to get the job done.

Jesus Garza, Vice President

Jesus Garza brings 24 years of experience in construction. Jesus oversees project operations and manages the planning, organization, and supervision of our teams. His expertise comes from construction in commercial, industrial, high-rise, and education sectors, holding several safety certifications and industry training, certifications, and licenses.
